2.I have difficulties connecting to my Wii Remote using iWiiBoard.

A: You have to check the following issues:

• Make sure your computer is bluetooth enabled and your bluetooth hardware is working properly; (check the wiimote whiteboard bluetooth compatibility list)
• As iWiiboard uses Microsoft bluetooth stack,you have to remove other bluetooth softwares such as BlueSoleil,Widcomm,Dell/HP/ect Laptop Inbuilt Stack,Toshiba,Logitech Stack from Control Panel to avoid conflicts;
• Please make sure you use iWiiboard searching your wii remote in your wii remote's DISCOVERY mode.(You have to press 1 and 2 button)
• For Windows Vista/7 users, you need to go to control panel services and ENABLE the "Bluetooth Support Service"

A:If your payment for the iWiiBoard has been completed and not pending, within a few minutes you will receive a unique license key to your email account.

 

9.I have not received my license key.

A:The payment might not be cleared and is still pending. iWiiBoard.com will manually send the license key once the payment has been completed.

If your payment has been completed, please check your email's spam box.

10.I have difficulties activating the software.

Please download and install iWiiBoard's latest version of the software.

 

11.Can I use the same license key on multiple computers?

A:For the single user license, each computer will require a unique license key. If you are to install the software on multiple computers in your school or organization, please do contact us for bulk licensing through our service email address below.

 

12. What's the iWiiBoard Dongle Pack?

iWiiBoard’s USB Dongle Pack is iWiiBoard’s registered version. As long as you plug the USB Dongle into your PC USB port, you can run iWiiBoard with full features anywhere on any machine without the registration.

 

13.What is the iWiiBoard USB Dongle?

The iWiiBoard USB Dongle contains the license to use the registered version of iWiiBoard. You are able to use the registered version on any computer as long as the USB dongle is plugged in to the computer. If the USB dongle is unplugged, iWiiBoard will run in unregistered mode until the USB dongle is plugged-in again.

 

14. Is there a replacement for a lost dongle?

No. The iWiiBoard USB Dongle contains the iWiiBoard license and thus it would be your responsibility to ensure that the dongle is kept safely.

 

15.Is there any warranty for the iWiiBoard USB Dongle?

Yes. We will provide a one-to-one exchange within 30 days upon receiving the dongle. All shipping costs shall be borne by the user.
